It was a pleasure working with Kloter Farms Jason on the new 2-Car Garage. Kloter Farms was very patient with me as I went through the red tape and challenges of demolishing a 16’x18’ garage that of course had lead in the wood. Although this led to a long delay I was finally able to proceed and Kloter worked with me on a schedule that got the structure completed before this winter. It is a beautiful 1-1/2 story 2 4’x28’ garage. We’ll enjoy this for years and it is sure to add value to our property.

Kloter Farms gets a five star review because they did such an incredible job with my new barn. It started with salesman Paul Roberts. I explained to him what I was looking for and he made it happen. He was there every step of the way making life easier for me. I had more than a lot of questions and Paul made sure they where all answered. The building crew was also over the top doing everything in such timely fashion my building inspector was thoroughly impressed. I am so pleased that I fully intend on making my next outdoor structure purchase through Kloter Farms.

We are so impressed with the two buildings that Kloter built for us – working with Jason Kloter was a pleasure, and he should receive a medal for patience and attention to details. The quality and precision of the materials and the structure far exceeded our expectations, and we are so glad we took the prefab route. In addition to Jason's incomparable assistance, the crew that did the assembly and provided the finishing touches were highly skilled and really pleasant to work with. Full Second Story
Garden Series Elite Garages are the most unique style of building that we offer. Substantial roof overhangs create a gracious tribute to early American architecture. A well-designed garage will complement the home that it is paired with. A cement foundation is required. Ask about our foundation service or we’ll build on your foundation.

We’re proudly introducing our newest multi-car garage design: the Garden Series Concord Garage. This style of building falls right in between the Elite and Vintage models with a 1 1/2 – story design. A cement foundation is required. Ask about our foundation service or we’ll build on your foundation.

At home in the Garden Series, the Vintage Garages proudly bears all of the same design characteristics of the Elite Garages but in a one-story solution. Truly customer inspired, this model was developed to meet the demand for a good looking, one-story garage with flexibility and affordability. A cement foundation is required. Function, strength, durability. The Statesman Garage is a vinyl sided, one-story structure built with the same high quality standards that we insist on. This model is ideal for matching vinyl sided homes. Maintenance free in every aspect. It comes standard in 10 different colors with crisp clean aluminum trim. A cement foundation is required.
The look is designed to be durable, clean and uncluttered. Unlike all of our other multi-car garages, this garage includes a pressure treated, rot resistant floor and two vehicle ramps for easy access. This is an economical solution to a multi-car garage. Works great for that extra vehicle, antique car, boat, or large toys that need quality weather protection. As long as this building is 600 sq. ft. or less, Connecticut customers can put it on a level 3/4” crushed stone base.
