How Much is a Shed
A 10×12 shed (signature style) will cost a little over 5,000 dollars for T1-11 siding and a little over 6,000 for vinyl siding. This will just be the cost for the shed itself, and not any extra upgrades such as ramps, windows, or other special features.

Not included in the price is the delivery and foundation cost. Generally speaking, you’ll have a crushed stone foundation for your shed. You’ll want to factor in this price to the overall cost to your shed because a proper foundation will keep your shed in its best condition for the longest amount of time. Kloter Farms is able to provide a crushed stone pad as part of the purchase. A crushed stone foundation will cost under one thousand dollars.
This price includes the material, labor, expert assembly and measurements for your specific shed! Our site preparation team will use three-quarter-inch stone to accommodate the ground and go above and beyond to make sure your property is ready for delivery. Also included in that price will be an extra fill, grass, and debris removal at the end of the day. On the other hand, you could attempt to build your own shed. So, how much to build a shed?
Building Your Own Shed
How much does it cost to build a shed? To build a shed, you will need to purchase many supplies such as lumber, plywood, roofing, siding, doors, windows and hardware. Additionally, you’ll want to be at least somewhat handy and have familiarity with a hammer, screwdriver, etc. After purchasing your lumber, roofing tiles, hardware, tools, and foundation materials, the cost to build a shed yourself will be roughly the same or more than it is to purchase outright.
